Can someone explain how shares work? Do I just buy, and then earn money as usual? I just bought 1, and it says 12 left in the overview, what does this mean?

All shares earn you 20% in 240 days(8 months). The daily earning is 0.5% per day. After 24 hours from time of purchase 12 will show as 11.95. Hope it is clear now.
