Edit of withdrawal address

I have noticed that while trying to update my withdrawal address to LTC or Litecoin, whenever I am giving my current account password to validate the changes, it is getting cancelled without any reason and meaning thereof! Would you mind looking into this matter and helping me to update the withdrawal address of my choice, from the given list of options?
Every time I am given my current account password to make the change, it is being obstructed with a cancelled message.
